My Numbers
Buy numbers from the pool, assign agents, and understand rent.
Numbers are purchased from the platform pool. Buying debits the setup fee plus the first month’s rent from your wallet.
Rent & renewal
Rent renews every 30 days. If your wallet can’t cover a renewal, the number enters a 7-day grace period (shown as “rent overdue”); top up to keep it. If grace lapses, the number is released back to the pool and unlinked from its agent. Releases are not refunded.
Assigning an agent
Use the inline agent selector on each number to choose which agent answers inbound calls (inbound routing activates with telephony integration).
