DLT registration
TRAI requires registered Principal Entity IDs and headers for commercial calling. The platform team reviews your DLT registration before bulk launches are enabled. Test calls are exempt; only the kill-switch applies.
DND
Numbers on the Do-Not-Disturb registry are skipped automatically at dial time — you don’t need to scrub lists manually.
DPDP & data rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, principals may request access or erasure of their data. Erasure requests propagate through call records, recordings, and transcripts; the platform maintains breach, grievance, and DSR registers.
